Remote Solution Architect

Join Tyk, a company on a mission to connect every system in the world, as a Solution Architect to support commercial teams and customers. The role involves consulting with customers, supporting established solution architects, and building technical relationships.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with Tyk customers
• Supporting established Solution Architects (SA) daily, with the view to be able to deliver a customer Demo
• Working with the SA’s Account manager, CSAs and assigned Support Engineer
• Building a technical relationship with the customer and understanding needs
• Working with Customers and SA’s to establish solutions
• Participating in technical discovery calls with new and existing customers
• Working with SA’s and AM’s to define customer needs and working with them to meet those targets and goals
• Liaising with internal Tyk teams to deliver answers and solutions to customers
• Building and delivering POC’s, reference architectures, plugins and API definitions to educate and aid our customers
• Updating customer database with meeting notes, progress and outcomes
