Summary

Join HSO, a leading Microsoft partner, as a Solution Architect Project Operations and help businesses find the right IT solutions. You will be responsible for consulting, solution design, implementation, and leadership within the project governance team. Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in project-based businesses and service providers. Apply your technical skills and knowledge of best practices to integrate solutions into clients' IT infrastructure. Utilize HSO's project methodology and modern tools like the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, along with project experience in consulting and relevant industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Have a completed degree in a STEM subject, business administration, supply chain management, and relevant experience in the processes of project business and/or service business as well as the handling of these processes in the area of Dynamics 365
• Have project experience in consulting on business applications as an in-house consultant and/or for a consulting firm
• Have industry knowledge from the services/professional services sector or from the plant engineering/engineer-to-order sector
• Possess strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Have very good German and good English skills
• Be willing to travel for project-related purposes

Responsibilities

• Support companies with project business or service providers in finding the right IT solutions for their specific business needs
• Be a key part of the project governance team and share responsibility for scope, architecture, budget, and quality in projects
• Work closely with clients to understand and analyze their business processes
• Develop tailored solutions and concepts, mostly based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Be responsible for the technical implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 into the client's existing IT infrastructure
• Manage and lead the HSO project team and the client to successfully implement the project
• Stay up-to-date on developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in handling project business and service providers
• Continuously learn and be able to translate technical knowledge into business solutions
• Apply HSO's excellent project methodology HSO Excellerate™ in classic or agile form and use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations and other modern products such as the Microsoft Power Platform
