Summary
Join Next Matter's Launch Team in Canada as a Solution Engineer to implement their No-Code Workflow Automation Platform with a top global account. You will work directly with enterprise clients, collaborating with the North American Client Service Lead and Product/Engineering teams to maximize customer value and drive platform adoption. This early hire position offers the unique opportunity to influence the company's expansion strategy in Canada. Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor, supporting clients in process optimization, owning the account's roadmap, onboarding users, delivering technical support, collaborating with other teams, and contributing to quarterly business reviews. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of client-facing experience in a similar role, experience with enterprise implementation projects, familiarity with REST APIs and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure), and strong collaboration skills.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of client-facing experience as a Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar roles in technical implementation or digital transformation consulting
- Experience working on enterprise implementation projects
- Familiarity with REST APIs, comfortable building API calls or short scripts (JavaScript & Python), and deploying serverless functions with version control (Git)
- Experience with Cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure
- Strong collaboration skills with both business and technology stakeholders
- A customer-centric mindset, demonstrating grit, persistence, and a passion for driving customer success
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expertise on the Next Matter platform and best practices
- Support clients in identifying process optimization opportunities and how Next Matter can be used to solve the issues
- Partner with the North American Client Service Lead to own the accountβs roadmap, ensuring seamless implementation, project management, and adoption
- Onboard and train Next Matter users, including workflow builders and end users
- Deliver technical support to North American customers, including our top global account in Canada
- Collaborate with European Solution Engineers, Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and build solutions for customer use cases
- Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients
Preferred Qualifications
While professional software development experience is not required, it is a plus
