Summary

Join ActivTrak's Services team as a Solutions Architect! As a technical expert, you'll guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and data integrations of the ActivTrak platform. You'll leverage your expertise in ActivTrak and related technologies to deliver seamless solutions and maximize customer value. This role requires hands-on experience with cloud platforms, application integration, and advanced troubleshooting. You'll collaborate with various teams, provide technical support, and contribute to platform improvements. The position is remote within the US, offering minimal travel and limited physical demands.

Requirements

  • Have hands-on experience in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Have hands-on experience integrating applications, such as Azure AD, SCIM, and API configurations
  • Possess advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS in distributed multi-domain environments
  • Have strong networking knowledge, including routing, firewalls, proxies, and cloud security
  • Possess strong skills in SQL, Python scripting, and data workflows
  • Have experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) for data visualization
  • Have expertise in Google BigQuery for data management and analytics
  • Have familiarity with SAML/IAM solutions and policy management tools (e.g., GPO, Intune)
  • Have knowledge of BYOD environments and large-scale software distribution
  • Have exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Have a proven track record of translating technical concepts into actionable business insights
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding customer needs, challenges, and business objectives to deliver tailored solutions that maximize ActivTrak’s value
  • Deliver technical onboarding, deployment, and integration projects, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with customer goals
  • Serve as the ActivTrak platform's subject matter expert (SME), translating business needs into technical solutions and providing guidance on best practices
  • Partner with Project Managers, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver joint engagements, such as workshops, customer HyperCare support, and strategic project expertise
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams, contributing to platform improvements and new feature development
  • Develop and execute project plans and statements of work (SOW) for deployments, integrations, and optimization projects, proactively addressing potential roadblocks
  • Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, and performance issues and provide expert advice on topics like Software Distribution, SCIM, APIs, and BI integrations
  • Design and deliver custom data solutions, leveraging tools like BigQuery and BI platforms to meet unique customer requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience working with distributed teams in a SaaS environment
  • Have knowledge of JSON and REST APIs for advanced integrations
  • Have a background in productivity tools and workforce analytics
