Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire cross-functional engineering teams
• Manage developers
• Collaborate with various functions to enable Anatta to execute against the solution sold
• Refine and improve our delivery framework
• Provide technical consulting for prospects
• Design solutions
• Provide hands-on technical leadership during project implementation
• Drive professional growth and development of the team
• Ensure employee retention and effective team management
• Maintain high client satisfaction and client retention
• Guarantee technical quality of the team's work (code and deliverables)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong people management skills
• Experience in agile software development methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of Shopify Plus platform
• Experience with Shopify APIs and custom app development
• Understanding of Shopify's GraphQL and REST APIs
• Expertise in headless commerce architectures
• Familiarity with Shopify App Store and custom integration development
• Proven experience in large-scale e-commerce platform migrations
• Expertise in API integration strategies
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms
• Knowledge of data migration techniques and tools
• Understanding of omnichannel commerce architectures
