Solutions Architect

Summary

Join Databricks as an Enterprise Solutions Architect and help large enterprises become more data-driven. Work with the Enterprise Account Executive to define and direct the technical strategy for key accounts, leading to wider adoption of ML & AI. Leverage your expertise in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership to maximize success. Collaborate with a team providing hands-on support, but maintain a strong technical understanding of ML & AI applications within the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. You will be the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients, guiding them through a transformation journey and building a movement of technical champions within each account. This role requires significant travel.

Requirements

• Proficiency at establishing virtual teams, and leading them to ultimate success within the account
• Experience working very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts
• Form relationships with executives and influencers
• Present a convincing point-of-view to important decision-makers that leads them down a path of success
• Technical in big data, data science and cloud
• An ability in data-driven business transformation, and driving change with data
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• Can travel up to 35% when needed
• Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks
• Lead your customers on a transformational journey, helping them to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy
• Implement the technical strategy in the account, in close understanding of the strategy
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members
• Gain the respect of your peers based on your experience, insight, and contributions
