Summary

Join Degreed's expanding team as a Solutions Architect (EMEA) in the Professional Services organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and solutions, scope technical engagements with clients, and support the team's growth. You will design and implement technical solutions, engage with clients, and oversee integrations with third-party systems. Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of API-based integrations, data mapping, and middleware solutions
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
  • 5+ years of technical expertise with hands-on experience in data transfer and integration protocols such as API, FTP, ETL, data warehouse & business intelligence tool integrations, and Single Sign On/SAML
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements and business processes to architect and implement technical solutions tailored to their needs, leveraging the Degreed platform’s capabilities
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert while providing in-depth knowledge of Degreed’s architecture, integrations, and data analytics capabilities
  • Partner with clients from initial scoping through the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth handoff to the customer success and support teams
  • Design and oversee integrations with third-party systems (LMS, HRIS, and others) to enhance client systems’ interoperability with Degreed
  • Configure the Degreed platform for optimal functionality, including custom integrations, data feeds, and analytics reporting
  • Develop and maintain documentation on integration architectures, data flows, and platform configurations, establishing best practices
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, and customer success, to address client needs and inform product improvements
  • Diagnose issues related to integrations, data flows, and other technical aspects, coordinating with support teams to implement solutions
