Summary

Join Experian as a Solutions Architect and drive the design and architecture for generative AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise. Reporting to the VP of Digital Workplace Architecture, you will review and assess generative AI use cases, align them with existing tools, and maintain a roadmap. You will define technical requirements for onboarding these tools, partner with risk, legal, and compliance teams, and build strong business relations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Microsoft's enterprise portfolio, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of related experience using end-user computing productivity tools
  • Familiarity with the Enterprise Microsoft portfolio (Active Directory, Azure, EntraID, InTune, M365), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture requirements

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess generative AI use cases, align them to existing and planned tools, and maintain a generative AI roadmap of capabilities
  • Ensure that Experian aligns generative AI tools to capabilities while considering generative AI tools' cost vs productivity gains
  • Define the technical requirements to onboard generative AI tools into Experian and lay out the process and framework for taking products from evaluation, to POC, valuation, and general availability
  • Partner with Experian's risk, legal, and compliance organizations to compile the necessary approvals, governance, and acceptable use statements for generative AI tools
  • Build strong business relations with business partners and technology peers within the generative AI domain
  • Produce generative AI tool recommendations that align with Experian use cases
  • Partner with key GenAI vendors such as Microsoft and OpenAI
  • Produce and communicate with senior technology leadership on generative AI strategy, and summarize and submit use cases to governing bodies for approval
  • Design solutions to mitigate risks associated with generative AI tools, including security controls, and address audit findings related to generative AI solutions
  • Ensure generative AI solutions comply with internal security, industry standards, and regulations
