Summary

Join Iterable as a Solutions Architect and play a key role in partnering with the Customer Success team, providing technical guidance to mid-market customers, and helping them unlock the platform's full potential. You will be the go-to expert for answering functional and technical questions about the Iterable platform. Your responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, presenting solutions, and working with cross-functional teams. This role offers opportunities to develop technical and consultative skills, including sales, problem-solving, and technical storytelling. Iterable values growth and supports team members in developing new skills. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of experience in a technical support, implementation, or solutions role, along with strong communication skills and experience with various programming languages.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience working in a technical support, implementation, or solutions role
  • Experience with pre-sales opportunities and/or post-sale expansion
  • Demonstrable strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with a wide range of programming languages like HTML, CSS, nodeJS, Python, SQL, and Javascript
  • Familiarity with mobile-specific programming languages like Swift, Java, Kotlin, and React Native
  • Familiarity with APIs to connect back-end services
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time for customer onsite meetings, conferences, and company/team events

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical strategy guidance to Mid-Market level customers in effectively using Iterable
  • Become a subject matter expert on all aspects of the Iterable platform, including APIs, integrations, and mobile SDKs
  • Deliver engaging technical presentations and platform demonstrations tailored to different audiences
  • Present solutions and opportunities to utilize Iterable more effectively, translating customer use cases into account strategies
  • Demonstrate ownership by leveraging autonomy and investing time in thorough discovery processes
  • Play a major role in closing SaaS upsell and growth opportunities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including GTM teams, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
  • Continuously enhance the platform's capabilities through innovative ideas and implementations
  • Provide specialized assistance and resolve technical challenges involving complex marketing architectures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the marketing automation or email marketing space
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and solutions
  • Experience developing apps on one or more device platforms, including iOS, Android
