Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) field, through a specialization such as consulting services, technical pre-sales, or technical project management
  • Proven experience translating ambiguous client requirements into actionable technical solutions
  • Proficiency in one of the following tools: Python, Go, C#Node.js, Powershell
  • Experience deploying cloud solutions on AWS or Azure (preferred)
  • Understanding of SaaS technical concepts such as SDKs, APIs, and the cloud
  • Highly organized and project management oriented
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
  • Commitment to performing tasks efficiently and preventing recurring errors
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort leading meetings with executives and client analysts
  • Mastery of the entire G-Suite software suite and ability to perform data analysis tasks, including generating pivot tables and writing complex formulas in Sheets/Excel
  • Curiosity about complex systems and a natural problem-solving aptitude
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken communication with clients and global team members)

Responsibilities

  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CDK, or Pulumi
  • Develop Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes for cloud deployments
  • Develop custom automation (Lambda functions/Azure functions)
  • Mastery of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, bash, powershell, C#)
  • Manage code repositories and perform peer code reviews
  • Maintain code hygiene and write test matrices for solutions
  • Mentor and train implementation engineers
  • Contribute to proof-of-concept demonstrations for strategic clients and enterprise customers
  • Work side-by-side with clients to design, build, and deploy complex integrations
  • Establish strategic partnerships and relationships with contacts at our largest brands
  • Manage time effectively, handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Analyze and audit existing Helpshift implementations to identify areas for improvement
  • Become an expert in using Helpshift administrative tools, including a suite of AI products, bots, and other mission-critical support functions
  • Collaborate with Account Manager, Customer Success Managers, Operations and Sales teams to ensure overall client success with the product
  • Occasional travel to client sites or other offices (up to 25%)
  • Establish relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
  • Visual storytelling: present facts visually to share a lot of information in a short time

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies in cloud environments
