Requirements

  • A geek at heart, you seek to understand the way things work when reading the manual is not enough
  • A customer service superstar who can balance the art of listening with the science of finding solutions to delight customers and ensure they love what you deliver
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and an absolute focus on quality of work
  • Comfortable taking ownership to develop a playbook for new tasks, activities, and obstacles
  • Experience working directly with senior technical resources including C-level roles
  • 6+ years of experience managing technical API integrations of 3rd party apps and software into SaaS or eCommerce platforms; you’re comfortable reading logs, source code, querying DBs, and everything in between
  • 6+ years of direct experience working with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, SQL, Javascript, HTML/CSS, XML, JSON, and front-end troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Be the driving purpose behind highly technical integrations with some of the biggest brands in the world
  • Guide our most high-profile integrations from the front, turning complex obstacles into clear, actionable plans that inspire your team and wow your customers
  • Manage multiple high-profile projects in parallel, prioritizing efficient launch timelines and conflicting priorities with an ease that leaves our customers wondering how you do it
  • Work cross-departmentally to inform product development roadmap and influence sales opportunities
  • Train and enable teammates across the organization to improve technical understanding of Ordergroove features and e-commerce platforms
  • Define, develop and improve internal processes that balance efficiency and impact, with the ultimate goal of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Tune into the needs and motivations of everyone you work with, whether it’s a customer, team member, or partner. You’ve got a sixth sense for understanding what people need before they even know it themselves
  • Communicate with confidence, clarity, and empathy. You know how to break down complicated ideas into simple, compelling messages
