Summary

Join ServiceNow as a Solutions Architect/Engineer and partner with customer teams to understand requirements and craft implementation strategies. Take charge of deliverables during the customer implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful integration and platform functionality. Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
  • 5+ years of experience in a purely technical, or technical customer facing role, 3+ as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant or Solutions Engineer
  • A balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills, with a background in data governance, data catalogs, ontologies, business intelligence, engineering, or other technical fields
  • Consultative problem-solving skills to create value for customers, with the ability to integrate technical knowledge into a consultative process
  • Deep understanding of SaaS / cloud architecture and platform mechanics
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write and execute queries
  • Experience with REST APIs and building integrated software
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects across a variety of customers at all times, understanding the degrees of criticality while ensuring all deadlines are met
  • High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively work with diverse customers and teams
  • Engage in the nuts and bolts of technical implementation, including coding, system integration, and customization leveraging our REST API

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customer's business and technical teams to understand requirements and craft implementation strategies
  • Take charge of deliverables during the customer implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful integration and platform functionality to support the success of the identified use cases
  • Collaborate with customers to refine technical and business processes, ensuring ServiceNow's WDF offering is optimally aligned with their data infrastructure
  • Assist in developing practical solutions, coding scripts, and performing data manipulation tasks as needed
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and support materials for customer guidance
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to describe technical concepts and platform capabilities clearly to people of varying technical depth, and the confidence to discuss project plans with enterprise executives
  • Work closely with department leader to scope, write, and present SOWs as needed
  • Travel within US approximately 25%
