As a product subject matter expert, you will be the bridge between product, engineering, customer success, and sales, troubleshooting issues and building processes to empower customer self-service. You will own technical relationships with customers, collaborate with sales and customer success teams, gather requirements, and provide best practices. Requirements
- BA/BS degree in CS or equivalent
- Experience working in a technical customer facing role
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical customer issues
- 3+ years of working experience in a SaaS environment
Responsibilities
- Own technical relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to convert prospective customers while retaining and growing customer relationships
- Gather requirements, guide customers through implementation, provide best practices, and advocate for our product
- Understand customersβ needs with the ability to guide them through a technical solution that makes sense for both them and the product
- Own these same responsibilities for prospective customers during their trial phase to aid in converting POCs into paid subscriptions
- Troubleshoot and create solutions to customer issues
- Build processes and technologies to empower our customers to self serve
- Ideate with the engineering team to enhance our product offerings and incorporate customer feature requests and relevant feedback
- Adding to and enhancing existing documentation
- Reviewing configurations, logs and other customer information to troubleshoot technical issues

- Experience with deploying tools on premises
- Experience with secrets management
