Summary

Join Virtualitics, a leader in AI decision intelligence, as a Solutions Architect. You will engage with customers, providing technical guidance and support. Responsibilities include pre-sales activities, developing technical strategies, and managing technical risks. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, designing and reviewing technical architectures. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience supporting DoD, IC, Federal agencies, or SLED customers and proven technical proficiency in various areas. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting DoD, IC, Federal agencies, or SLED customers
  • Proven technical proficiency in data science, data engineering, AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and or systems integration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical solutions
  • DoD clearance required for DoD roles; not required for FEDCIV/SLED roles

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), building trust and acting as a technical advisor to guide customers toward achieving their mission-critical objectives
  • Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives to deliver compelling product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and craft technical responses to customer inquiries
  • Technical Strategy Development: Define long-term technical strategies for customer engagements, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Architecture Design and Review: Develop and review technical architectures that align with customer requirements and industry best practices
  • Technical Risk Management: Identify technical risks in customer engagements and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create technical collateral and align customer feedback with product roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior U.S. Army experience
  • Hands-on experience in domains like Predictive Maintenance, Munitions Storage Planning, Electronic Warfare, and or Readiness
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks, cloud service providers, and large-scale AI architectures
  • Knowledge of the unique requirements of DoD and IC environments
  • DoD TOP SECRET Clearance
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across teams and organizational levels
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment while meeting deadlines
