Summary

Join insightsoftware as a Partner Enablement Manager and play a key role in guiding partners to design and build insightsoftware applications for customers. This position requires experience in finance, a deep understanding of financial roles, and high technical proficiency. You will provide coaching and guidance to partners during the build phase, offer architectural guidance and technical expertise during critical project milestones, and regularly update insightsoftware Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success on personal and project status. You will also collaborate with Customers, Partners, and internal teams on Salesforce cases related to Application Design, conduct Application Health Checks and Reviews to ensure optimal performance, and assist Product Teams in sourcing, developing, and testing new features and functionalities. This role involves facilitating the sharing of project templates to ensure Partner Project Readiness and committing to becoming a Subject Matter Expert in required areas.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• In-depth knowledge of accounting processes and financial planning & analysis
• Excellent technology skills related to product implementation
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of consolidations and planning functions/processes
• Ability to answer intermediate-level product questions on various functionalities

Responsibilities

• Coaching and Guidance: Support partners during the build phase, providing examples of artifacts and explaining their significance
• Technical Expertise: Offer architectural guidance and technical expertise during critical project milestones
• Communication: Regularly update insightsoftware Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success on personal and project status
• Collaboration: Work with Customers, Partners, and internal teams on Salesforce cases related to Application Design
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct Application Health Checks and Reviews to ensure optimal performance
• Product Development: Assist Product Teams in sourcing, developing, and testing new features and functionalities
• Resource Sharing: Facilitate the sharing of project templates to ensure Partner Project Readiness
• Continuous Learning: Commit to becoming a Subject Matter Expert in required areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), or other relevant certifications
• Experience with EPM solutions such as SAP Outlooksoft BPC, SAP BOFC, HFM, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, IBM Cognos, or similar
