Solutions Engineer

Summary

You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to support customer engagements and contribute to demonstrations, interactive labs, and proof-of-value exercises. This role provides hands-on experience bridging customer requirements with cutting-edge technology, offering a foundation for a career in AI and solutions engineering. You will assist in gathering and analyzing customer requirements, support product demonstrations and POC exercises, and collaborate on developing materials for customer engagements. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
• A strong interest in AI and machine learning technologies
• Experience in programming (e.g., Python, Swift, Bash, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing customer requirements to contribute to strategic solutions
• Support the preparation and execution of product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) exercises
• Collaborate with team members to develop materials and assets for customer engagements
• Learn and apply technical concepts related to AI and machine learning in practical scenarios
• Contribute to the improvement of pre-sales processes, including the organization of demo and lab environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running workloads on GPU
• Experience working with LLM’s
