Join Cinder, a cutting-edge platform protecting the internet, as a Solutions Engineer. You will work directly with clients to solve their safety problems using technical and strategic solutions. This role involves developing and executing demo processes, serving as a subject matter expert on Cinder's platform, streamlining customer onboarding, and collaborating on seamless integrations. You will create resources on the Trust & Safety market and address technical challenges. Requirements
- Experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, sales engineer (or any other relevant title) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- You have a strong understanding of safety engineering and/or safety operations via firsthand experience in the space
- Alternatively, you have successfully been an early sales engineer, or similar title, at a high growth SaaS company selling a technical product to large enterprise customers
- Experience with pre-sales activities, including delivering technical demos, understanding customer requirements, proof of concept/pilot program development, and collaborating with GTM teams to drive successful outcomes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with enterprise-level customers and navigate complex organizational structures
- Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to take initiative

Responsibilities
- Work directly with current customers to solve their safety problems with technical and strategic solutions
- Develop and execute a highly consultative demo process to help Cinder prospects learn about our platform in a manner tailored to their organizations
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Cinderβs platform and Trust and Safety practices for a variety of external parties
- Streamline and assist with the technical onboarding and integration processes for customers
- Collaborate with customers and prospects to design suitable architectures for seamless integration
- Create substantive resources on the Trust & Safety market and Cinder product that can be used with both internal and external stakeholders as we grow
- Address technical challenges that require solving (bugs, missing feature, last mile-development, etc) or collaborate with our engineering and product teams to efficiently hand off projects
- Help drive technical qualification of prospects
- Streamline documentation and other processes to improve the efficiency of the Solutions Engineering organization
Preferred Qualifications
- You have been a product owner or engineer within a Trust & Safety, Integrity, or Fraud organization
- The more comfortable you are with enterprise data architecture and artificial intelligence, the better
