Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant
• Strong understanding of Python, Java, AWS, VPNs, and RESTful APIs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical solutions to customers

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges and recommending appropriate technical solutions
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to design and architect innovative solutions that address customer needs
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers throughout the sales cycle, including answering technical inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of our solutions
