Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join Deepgram as a Solutions Engineer and deliver world-class deep learning solutions to customers, prospects, and the community. You will collaborate with various teams to automate support, identify and solve customer issues, and build automated solutions. Direct interaction with customers allows for the creation of training data and validation of automation tools. You will triage issues, solve bugs, and improve the production codebase. This role requires a strong engineering background and experience in delivering software demonstrations and partnering with sales. The ideal candidate is highly technical, analytical, and customer-focused.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with proven proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Ability to learn, digest and deploy technical solutions in a range of technical stacks
• Experience delivering software demonstrations to audiences ranging from the C-suite, developers, and less-technical end-users
• Experience partnering with sales to win and expand business by providing technical solutions
• Proven experience solving problems with a critical focus
• Proven experience building and supporting software products

An understanding of the processes involved in modern machine learning frameworks, e.g. PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, HuggingFace models
