Summary

Join Fivetran's Professional Services team as a Senior Solution Architect, Enterprise, focusing on supporting our largest and most complex Enterprise customers. You will act as a technical account manager, owning the liaison between the customer, Product, and Engineering teams. Responsibilities include solution design, providing hands-on support (installation, configuration, development), and project management. You will also collaborate with Marketing, Product, and pre-sales teams. This is a full-time, remote position based in Ireland or the UK (preference for Dublin), with optional travel to customer sites and industry events. The role offers diverse responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth within a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to take ownership and accountability for the success of their customers and customer projects
  • Being self-sufficient, proactive and organised when working with customers and internal stakeholders alike
  • A high-performer who holds themselves and others to the same standards
  • Being comfortable in deep technical conversations as managing customer relationships

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer engagements, with a focus on ensuring customer success through implementation, adoption and expansion of Fivetran
  • Deliver solution design following industry and Fivetran best-practices whilst keeping in mind customer requirements
  • Work alongside the wider Account team to develop and execute adoption and evangelisation of the Fivetran product
  • Act as a primary liaison point between your customers, Product and Engineering
  • Provide value adding support to adjacent organisations such as Marketing and Customer Support
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, such as development of business processes to enhance the Fivetran stakeholder experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management accreditation
  • French speaking
  • HVR experience
  • SAP HANA (and SAP ERP) experience is preferred; other databases such as IBM DB2 and Sybase are nice-to-have and Kubernetes is also a bonus skill
