Join Glean as a Solutions Engineer in EMEA and work with customers to connect Glean to their decision-making platforms. Ensure seamless configuration and realize use cases during the pre-sales cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• At least 2 years experience in enterprise software pre-sales and have used value-based discovery frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges

Responsibilities

• Work on many exciting projects with future-forward organisations at the beginning of their Generative AI journeys
• Ensure that Glean configuration is seamless and use cases are realised by the customer during the pre-sales cycle
• Liaise with Glean product managers and engineers to investigate issues or raise feature requests
