Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineer, technical consultant, or pre-sales support
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in web technologies like HTML/CSS/JS, familiarity with API and SDK
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and understand their technical needs
• Experience in providing technical support and resolving issues efficiently

Responsibilities

• Partner with fellow team members to engage with customers in a technical consultancy and advisory role throughout the full customer lifecycle
• Showcase understanding of our product's ability to support customer workflows and integrated applications
• Work with customers to solve technical issues, documenting technical considerations and contributing to internal knowledge resources
• Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships with technical stakeholders
• Serve as the customer advocate to other internal teams, including administration, marketing, product, and development
• Curate product feedback to enhance Beefree SDK based on customer interactions
