Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and gain stakeholder buy-in
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Familiarity with software products and the sales process

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming chat requests and SE requests to ensure the sales team is getting timely answers and the appropriate SE is assigned to demos and projects
  • Help maintain the product feedback loop by collecting and organizing product gap information from customers and the sales team for the Product team
  • Manage the SE team's schedule and availability to optimize resource allocation for demos and projects
  • Track and report on key metrics related to SE activities, including demo volume, project status, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of SE activities and requests in Salesforce
  • Provide general administrative support to the SE team as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Desire to grow into new roles on high growth sales team
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology company
  • Familiarity with software demos and product presentations
