Solutions Engineering Ops Intern

Summary

Join SentinelOne's Solutions Engineering Enablement group as a Cybersecurity Intern and contribute to impactful projects. Work in a dedicated malware lab, analyze real-world malware samples, and develop ThreatOps Challenges. Maintain and improve technical documentation and sales content. Collaborate with cybersecurity, sales engineering, and enablement experts. Gain hands-on experience with malware analysis, the SentinelOne platform, and technical enablement. This 9-week internship (June 23-August 22, 2025) offers a full-time schedule with an hourly rate of $25.

Requirements

• A current Cybersecurity major who loves problem solving and exploring how malware operates
• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2026
• Fluent in technical English and comfortable explaining complex ideas in writing
• Able to take direction, then work independently and resourcefully
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn from experienced professionals

Responsibilities

• Work in a dedicated malware lab to discover, test, and document real-world malware samples for use in product demonstrations
• Support the development and refinement of ThreatOps Challenges —our custom Capture-the-Flag (CTF) experiences that teach users how to use SentinelOne
• Maintain and improve technical documentation and sales content using our RFP platform (Loopio)
• Collaborate with experts across cybersecurity, sales engineering, and enablement to understand how we teach, support, and secure

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding how antivirus software works
• Experience with scripting (especially Python)
