Sourcing Specialist

Summary

Emerging Travel Group, a travel-tech company, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join their recruitment team. The role involves supporting Global Recruiters in identifying and recruiting candidates for specific markets, primarily in the commercial field, and other areas. The candidate will also work on improving efficiency and streamlining processes within the HR department.

Requirements

Internship or work experience as a Sourcing specialist or similar role will be a plus, Desirable experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on career sites and crafting Boolean search strings), To be passionate about multicultural environment, Fluent English and Chinese with excellent written and oral communication skills, Proactive and driven approach

Responsibilities

Determine search strategy and sources with Global Recruiter, post vacancies on career sites, work with responses and resume databases, support candidates throughout the selection process, maintain a candidate database in internal systems and update data, prepare analytical reports on candidate search and funnels, participate in other team and cross-team projects of the HR department as agreed with the line manager

Preferred Qualifications

Desirable experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on career sites and crafting Boolean search strings)
