Special Education Tutor

This remote, contract position allows you to set your own schedule, hourly rate, and choose jobs based on your expertise and availability. We offer flexible hours and the ability to work from home. A Bachelor's degree is required, and prior tutoring/teaching experience, especially with special education, is highly preferred. Background checks may be required.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Ability to pass a background check if required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or group instruction to students
• Set your own availability and change it at any time
• Set your own hourly rate and negotiate on a per job basis
• Make learning fun and interactive, with the focus of the tutoring often determined by student questions and comments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous tutoring/teaching experience
• Previous experience with special education, accommodations, and working with students with learning disabilities
