Summary
The job is for a Billing Company Product Support Specialist at Tebra, responsible for providing high-quality customer support and resolving inquiries. Requirements
- 12 months minimum experience in customer support or/and customer service for medical services or SaaS companies
- Demonstrated professional and friendly demeanor with customers
- Demonstrated communication Skills β oral and written
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual
- General computer usage knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries under stipulated policies and procedures
- Answer general inquiries and offer solutions to meet client objectives
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels, specifically phone calls and tickets
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Know our products inside and out to answer questions
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Medical Billing industry is desirable
- Must be dependable and self-motivated
- Experience working with tech support β desirable
- Salesforce knowledge and experience β desirable
