Summary

The job is for a Billing Company Product Support Specialist at Tebra, responsible for providing high-quality customer support and resolving inquiries. Requirements

  • 12 months minimum experience in customer support or/and customer service for medical services or SaaS companies
  • Demonstrated professional and friendly demeanor with customers
  • Demonstrated communication Skills – oral and written
  • Positive attitude and professionalism
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual
  • General computer usage knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deep knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries under stipulated policies and procedures
  • Answer general inquiries and offer solutions to meet client objectives
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, specifically phone calls and tickets
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Know our products inside and out to answer questions
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Medical Billing industry is desirable
  • Must be dependable and self-motivated
  • Experience working with tech support – desirable
  • Salesforce knowledge and experience – desirable
