Requirements

• Upper Intermediate (B2+) English skills
• Ability to work some evening shifts (19:00 - 03:00)
• Experience working with clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person
• Experience working with online payments
• Initiative and organizational skills
• Detective-like mindset for investigating complex cases
• Desire to learn and grow in the IT field

Responsibilities

• Communicate with English-speaking clients via phone calls, chats, and tickets regarding payment issues
• Resolve complex queries that are passed on from the first line of support
• Prevent fraud on the platform
• Monitor the performance of the payment infrastructure in real-time, identify anomalies, and troubleshoot issues with payments
