Requirements
- Must be located in the Pacific Time Zone
- Masterβs Degree in Speech/Language Pathology with ASHA CCCs and State Licensure required
- Experience of 2-3+ years clinician experience in early intervention treating developmental delays/disabilities following completion of CCC
- Professional, outgoing, warm and friendly demeanor
- Timely, organized, dependable
- Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate communication with outside professionals
Responsibilities
- Implement quality, evidence-based, individualized treatment and group treatment to promote a variety of skills in a fun and naturalistic play setting
- Build and gain rapport with family members, provide parent education to help increase therapy carryover
- Record objective data to reflect client progress toward goals in daily SOAP notes, complete evaluations and reevaluations
- Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
- Collaborate with MeBe employees and outside professionals
- Management of a full-time caseload
