Requirements

  • Be a team player who is eager to learn from and collaborate within an MDT
  • Have current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist

Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals
  • Engage in clinic-based early intervention and parent training
  • Work with school-aged children on literacy, social communication skills & AAC
  • Provide speech, language and social skills training to adults
  • Provide services to adults with an ABI e.g., stroke, progressive neurological conditions
  • Manage dysphagia and conduct mealtime assessments and address food aversion for all age groups
