Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech Therapy
• Registered with RCI or relevant licensing body

Responsibilities

• Conduct at-home therapy consultation and sessions to reinforce treatment goals and improve child development
• Conduct assessments using standardized speech-language evaluation tools
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, communication, and oral motor skills
• Address concerns such as articulation, fluency, language delays, speech-sound disorders, and social communication
• Collaborate with developmental paediatricians, occupational and behavioural therapists for integrated care
• Guide parents on home-based strategies and progress updates
• Maintain detailed session documentation and updates in clinic EMR
• Support therapy package discussions and parent onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of paediatric experience is preferred
• Expertise in childhood speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage children and counsel families
• Team-oriented with a holistic care mindset
