Summary
Join Presence, a leading provider of teletherapy solutions, as a Junior Sales Manager! Lead and develop a team of 5 Inside Sales/Business Development Representatives, exceeding KPIs through coaching and process improvement. Monitor daily workflows, track team metrics, and provide regular feedback. Partner with sales leadership for pipeline growth and optimize sales processes. Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement for conference support and lead handoff best practices. Deliver performance updates to senior leadership. This remote role requires approximately 10% travel and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- 4+ years of industry experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar sales environment
- 2+ years of management experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Outreach)
- Comfortable with data and performance tracking
- Strong team-player mindset and desire to grow as a people leader
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of BDRs/Inside Sales Reps to exceed outreach and lead generation KPIs
- Monitor and support daily workflows, including outbound calls, emails, demo scheduling, and other lead generating activities
- Track individual and team metrics, provide regular feedback, and support reps in hitting weekly and monthly goals
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure healthy early-stage pipeline development across regions and verticals
- Identify areas for efficiency, improve outreach strategies, and ensure reps are using sales tools (CRM, sequencing platforms, etc.) effectively
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to maximize ROI from conferences and events by ensuring timely pre- and post-event outreach and lead follow-up
- Work closely with Sales Enablement and School Partnership Directors to align on messaging and lead handoff best practices
- Deliver updates on performance trends, challenges, and opportunities to senior sales leadership
