Sr. Product Designer

Requirements

• Passionate about knowing users and understanding their problems
• Advanced understanding of UI/UX concepts
• Can distill complex problems into precise, simple, and delightful solutions
• Great ability to design polished, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision
• Knows how to make use of qualitative and quantitative data to back up design decisions as well as suggest new research
• Cares about details and is excited to keep pushing work until it is pixel-perfect
• Thinks in systems and is able to extrapolate and extend shared patterns and behaviors
• Delivers value every week: thinks big, starts small, grows fast
• Can work fully autonomously with little guidance, and can effectively collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to get things done
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Lead the way in how we design user-focused experiences for our Users
• Own design projects from beginning to end
• Design mockups and high-fidelity user interfaces to improve Recruiters’ experience using our Product
• Work cross-functionally with Product Managers and Engineers to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics for our Product
• Conduct User Research both on specific features and to build user personas
• Continually analyze user data and KPIs to improve products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering/Front-end development
• Experience building enterprise products (B2B SaaS)
• Has led a UX/Design Team in the past
