Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, finance, business)
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a specialization in AI/ML projects within the financial services sector; chatbot/conversational AI experience a big plus
• A solid understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Familiarity with financial industry regulations and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and success of multiple AI projects in the chatbot/voice assistant space
• Articulate the product strategy to delivery teams
• Manage the development backlog
• Draft user stories
• Ensure alignment with the project roadmap
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams
• Analyze the financial services AI landscape
• Ensure quality of AI products through robust testing and adherence to industry standards and regulations
• Identify and address potential risks associated with AI projects
• Assist in planning and executing product launches
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge the success and impact of AI products
