Sr. Security Engineer

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned security engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team developing Fan Club mobile apps and platform services. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure systems, mentoring junior engineers, performing vulnerability assessments, and more.

Requirements

• N1, N2 JLPT level and English fluency
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other security certifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system security engineering, network security, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure systems and networks
• Provide mentoring to junior engineers
• Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk assessments
• Develop and implement security measures, policies, and procedures
• Monitor and analyze security logs and events
• Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT and network engineering teams
• Stay updated on the latest security threats, technologies, and industry trends
• Participate in incident response activities
• Provide training and awareness programs
• Collaborate with external security firms

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of security principles, best practices, and industry standards
• Hands-on experience with security technologies
• Experience with risk assessment, penetration testing, and incident response methodologies
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Familiarity with security-related regulations
