As a Software Engineer III, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing one of the core products in a fast-paced, agile environment to drive our mission to make the world a little better everyday by powering our key community functions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience maintaining and enhancing enterprise software is required
• 4+ years of professional experience with PHP, React, Powerhouse (4GL) is required
• 4+ years delivering software using an agile methodology required (Scrum preferred)
• Self starter with good problem solving skills and having ability to learn new technology is required

Responsibilities

• Enhance existing software systems by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to improve application stability and maintainability
• Analyze, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in existing applications within set SLAs
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Document changes, updates, and troubleshooting steps to maintain comprehensive project records
• Collaborate with development, QA, SRE and Support teams to drive Customer delight
• Drive continuous improvements to ensure operational excellence (Root cause analysis, improve MTTR etc)
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the longevity and relevance of our software products
