Sr. Software Implementation Specialist

Summary

The job is for a Senior Solution Architect with expertise in Finance, Treasury, or Accounting to help customers implement valuable solutions using Coupa Software in Finance & Treasury. The role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Finance, Treasury and/or Accounting
• An understanding of Finance processes in the areas of Treasury and/or Financial Accounting
• Experience presenting to customers along with building strong relationships and being able to work with customers and partners to execute an implementation plan towards a rapid, successful go-live
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with proven analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team environment and share best practices regularly

Responsibilities

• Helping customers focus on their goals and drive implementation towards a successful delivery by providing functional expertise
• Follow Coupa methodology and adapt to meet each customer’s unique needs
• Maximise project quality by identifying risks that impact project scope, timing, or cost and communicate internally and externally with a strong bias for action

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous bank payment experience with large companies would be an advantage
• Knowledge of any Treasury Management System would be an advantage
