Summary

The Sr. Engagement Business Analyst is a remote or hybrid position in the Customer Engagement Solutions team at PRECISIONxtract. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator with 3-6 years of experience in client services and a Bachelor's Degree. They will act as the lead analyst on client projects, develop project timelines, coordinate teams, and communicate effectively. Preferred qualifications include a degree concentration in Health Care, Business or Software Development, medical communications or healthcare industry experience, and hands-on experience with specific online submission systems.

Requirements

• 3-6 years’ experience in client services, professional services industries

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead or co-lead analyst on client projects in the development and deployment of payer and physician pull-through tools for biopharmaceutical clients
• Collaborate with Account lead to understand 'why' and 'how' projects are initiated
• Lead and participate in client meetings including project requirements, implementation, promotional material legal reviews, and budgets
• Develop and manage project timelines with guidance from Engagement Manager
• Direct and/or develop Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MRL) submissions, presentations, training material and execute testing processes
• Direct the development of application design templates with attention to detail
• Build test cases for client deliverables including applications, reports and data files
• Coordinate meetings with Engagement, Business Intelligence and Application Teams and/or key content specialists as necessary
• Communicate effectively through multiple media

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree concentration in Health Care, Business or Software Development
• Medical communications or healthcare industry experience
• Working understanding of relational database technology
• Hands-on experience with clients’ online submission systems for medical/regulatory and legal reviews (e.g., Veeva Vault Promomats or IQVIA ePromo)
• Adobe Creative Suite, Wrike project management
