Summary

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on delivering insights that inform growth, product, revenue, or operational strategies
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and managing modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase)
- Strong ability to approach complex business problems with data-driven solutions and align analytics work with strategic objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical findings in a clear and accessible way to both business and technical audiences
- A deep commitment to improving behavioral health care and supporting families in accessing affordable, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting systems to provide real-time insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Become a trusted strategic partner with leadership across Growth, Operations, Product, and Clinical teams to define analytics priorities and deliver actionable insights that guide business decisions
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, leveraging data to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and support scalable growth
- Work closely with Data Scientists and Business Operations teams to ensure data is structured and presented in an insightful, actionable way for internal stakeholders
- Distill complex data analyses into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences, and present to external partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and/or DBT
- Fluency with Python or another language for statistical analysis
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup
