Staff Developer, Full Stack

Summary

The job is for a staff developer position in Workleap's Innovation Lab, where the employee will work on two new products from scratch. The role involves developing new features, designing solutions to technical problems, and providing support to early adopters. The qualifications required include back-end software development skills using Azure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, C#, .NET, MongoDB; front-end software development skills using TypeScript, React, and CSS; experience with DDD and TDD; understanding of SOLID, KISS, and YAGNI principles; ability to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; communication skills; familiarity with current trends and best practices in software architecture; and experience in startup environments. The job offers a remote work option.

Requirements

• You have solid skills in back-end software development using Azure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, C#, .NET, MongoDB
• You have good skills in front-end software development using TypeScript, React and CSS
• Experience working with DDD and TDD
• Master of SOLID, KISS, and YAGNI principles
• Capable of writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• You can easily break down complex technical concepts, communicate them simply to stakeholders or the team
• You’re familiar with current trends and best practices in software architecture, including performance, security, and usability
• You’re familiar with product and design lifecycles, and collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product managers
• You're very autonomous, high agency, great to work with
