Requirements

• Have a growth mindset, be comfortable with ambiguity, and have experience reworking legacy code to make it scalable
• At least 10 years of experience in the full software development lifecycle, including creating new products from scratch and making practical, scalable decisions
• Be a full stack developer with demonstrable frontend and backend development experience
• Have experience mentoring developers, helping them grow in skills and confidence
• Have experience in early-stage product development, larger company settings, or regulated industries like healthcare or payments

Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision, focusing on delivering a scalable and maintainable user experience, especially in fast search functionality with large data sets
• Guide key infrastructure, data model, services, and interface decisions, shaping the system's architecture
• Mentor team members, fostering their skills, and bringing out the best ideas from the team
• Collaborate with other technical leaders to elevate standards, expertise, and outcomes across the development organization

Benefits

• Minimum annual salary of $154,400 and maximum annual salary of $241,300
