Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering
• 5-8 years experience in backend development with Java, Python, or Go in production environments
• Proven experience scaling compute-intensive applications that process large volumes of data
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience optimizing backend systems that support dynamic frontend data manipulation interfaces
• Proficiency with database technologies including Redis, PostgreSQL, and distributed data systems
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD practices, and deployment automation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to collaborate across teams
