Staff Engineer

Summary

Join our dynamic and global Digital Product Engineering company as an experienced IT professional! We're seeking a skilled developer with 4-6 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. You will design, develop, and implement application systems, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform. Experience with custom plugin development in Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate is crucial. Hands-on experience with Canvas and Model-Driven apps is required, along with knowledge of Azure and Office 365. This role demands a deep understanding of Power Platform capabilities and limitations.

Requirements

• Have 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science or equivalent experience
• Possess experience in MS Dynamics sales module and service module
• Have experience in custom plugin development in Dataverse
• Have 3-5 years of hands-on experience working on Canvas and Model-Driven apps
• Possess good knowledge and experience in Power Platform Environments, Power Platform License, Dataverse, other 3rd party Data Sources (non-CDS), Connectors, DLP Policies, Power Platform Core Framework, Reusable components, Security Roles, etc
• Have professional certificates
• Possess must-have skills: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, .Net Core, Java (Capable), DCRM sales cloud, DCRM service cloud

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of application systems
• Design, build, and support ever-growing automation requirements across the units
• Develop Power Automate to support backend jobs, bulk updates to Dataverse, and connections to SharePoint and Office 365

Preferred Qualifications

• Have knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365 (Azure AD, Groups, SharePoint, One Drive, etc.)
• Have knowledge of AWS
• Have experience with authentication protocols like OAuth, Client Credential Flow, and App Registration in Azure
• Have some understanding of governance and architecture experience in developing canvas and model-driven apps, a deep understanding of Power Platform Limits, Pros & Cons, known issues, delegation, nested galleries, performance issues, and have developed a commanding knowledge to come up with workarounds
