Staff Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Dev/Sr. Dev specializing in the Camunda BPM platform! You will implement Camunda-based solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to design scalable and robust solutions. Responsibilities include process modeling, integration with external systems, and ensuring project quality. You will conduct peer reviews, create reusable components, and contribute to pre-sales activities. Staying current with Camunda trends and driving community awareness are also key aspects of this role. This position requires 6+ years of Camunda experience, expertise in BPMN, DMN, and CMMN, and excellent communication skills. Camunda certification is mandatory.

Requirements

• Must have: 6+ years of Camunda experience
• Must be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modeling, process monitoring, process improvement, business rules, and business event-based technologies
• Experience in designing and implementing complex Camunda processes, services, forms, and decision tables, using BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel for short-duration assignments (client meetings, workshops, technical discussions, PoC demonstrations)
• Camunda certification is a must

Responsibilities

• Design and model business processes using the Camunda BPMN
• Expert in implementation experience in integration of Camunda with DB, web services, external systems, etc
• Expert in Camunda process modeler, reporting, UI design, business rules development and management, content and case management, etc
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, architect, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of Camunda projects
• Conduct peer reviews and code audits to ensure compliance with Camunda development standards and best practices
• Help create proprietary accelerators, utilities, and reusable components to improve project delivery
• Contribute to pre-sales activities (RFPs, RFIs, technical point of views, PoCs) and showcase thought leadership (white papers, webinars, blogs)
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in Camunda and related technologies
• Drive awareness in the technical community

Preferred Qualifications

Know-how of other BPM solutions like Pega, Appian or RPA solutions such as UiPath, AA will be a plus
