Join Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, as a Camunda BPM expert. You will design and implement complex Camunda processes, integrating with various systems. Responsibilities include process modeling, development, and collaboration with stakeholders. You will contribute to pre-sales activities and stay updated on Camunda technologies. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required. While not mandatory, experience with other BPM solutions and RPA tools is beneficial.
Requirements
- Total experience 7+ Years
- Strong working experience with the Camunda BPM platform
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex Camunda processes, services, forms, and decision tables using BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards
- Proficient in integrating Camunda with databases, web services, and external systems
- Hands-on experience with the Camunda process modeler, reporting, UI design, business rules development and management, and content/case management
- Familiarity with process modeling, process monitoring, process improvement, business rules, and event-based technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Camunda certification is mandatory
- Familiarity with pre-sales activities such as RFPs/RFIs, technical points of view, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
- Willingness to travel for short-duration assignments, such as client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Design and model business processes using the Camunda BPMN to meet client requirements
- Implement scalable and efficient Camunda-based solutions, integrating with databases, web services, and external systems
- Develop Camunda processes, including reporting, UI design, business rules, and case/content management features
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality solutions
- Conduct peer reviews and code audits to ensure compliance with Camunda development standards and best practices
- Develop proprietary accelerators, utilities, and reusable components to enhance project delivery efficiency
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, such as preparing responses for RFPs/RFIs, showcasing technical points of view, and delivering proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
- Showcase thought leadership by contributing to white papers, webinars, and blogs
- Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in Camunda and related technologies, driving awareness within the technical community
- Ensure seamless integration and robust performance of Camunda solutions within the client’s business ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of other BPM solutions like Pega or Appian and experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
