Summary
Join Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, as a Workday expert with 7+ years of experience. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing technical solutions, and collaborating with global teams. Your expertise in Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Security is crucial. You will map decisions to requirements, identify optimal solutions, and define guidelines for project implementation. You'll also review architecture and design, ensuring best practices are followed. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.
Requirements
- Total experience 7+ years
- Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Workday Security
- Proven experience in Workday configuration and support for Compensation cycles
- Knowledge of Workday Recruiting and Workday Time & Absence
- Experience in supporting large enterprise Workday implementations or enhancements
- Familiarity with Workday reporting and calculated fields
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with global teams
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
