Staff Engineer

Summary

Join Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, as a Salesforce expert with 7+ years of experience. You will leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud components (CPQ+, Billing, Subscription Management, RLM Contracting, RCA Orchestration) and Quote-to-Cash processes to design and develop solutions. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, translating them into technical designs, identifying optimal solutions, and defining architectural guidelines. You will also review designs, develop solutions, resolve issues, and conduct POCs. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies is essential.

Requirements

• Total experience 7+ years
• Strong working experience in Salesforce ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce RLM/RCA implementations
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud components: CPQ+, Billing, Subscription Management, RLM Contracting, RCA Orchestration
• Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes: quoting, contracting, order management, billing, invoicing, amendments, renewals, and revenue recognition
• Experience in designing bundle structures, product rules, pricing calculators, discount schedules, and advanced quote logic
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, Orchestrator, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Experience with data migration strategies for CPQ and Billing (Products, Quotes, Subscriptions, Contracts, Invoices)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, LDV strategies, and performance optimization
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Flosum
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
• Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
• Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients’ requirements
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
• Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
• Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
• Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
• Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
• Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
