Requirements

• Total Experience 7+ Years
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules
• Experience in JS Plugin, Model driven App, power automate solution and deployment, workflow
• Expertise in custom plugin development in Dataverse
• Hands-on experience in Canvas and Model-Driven Apps
• Good knowledge of Power Platform Environments, Licensing, Dataverse, third-party Data Sources (non-CDS), Connectors, DLP Policies, Core Framework, Reusable Components, and Security Roles
• Experience designing, building, and supporting automation solutions across business units using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Hands-on experience in Power Automate for backend jobs, bulk updates to Dataverse, and integrating with SharePoint, Office 365
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365 (Azure AD, Groups, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
• Familiarity with authentication protocols such as OAuth, Client Credential Flow, and App Registration in Azure
• Hands on experience in AWS
• Understanding of Power Platform governance and architecture
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform limits, delegation, performance optimizations, known issues, and best practices
• Ability to design workarounds for nested galleries, delegation, and performance issues
• Experience in gathering requirements, designing, developing, and deploying applications (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Strong ability to explain and justify technical solutions with best practices
• Expertise in preparing Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Design Documents
• Ability to work independently while participating in design, development, and implementation of application systems
• Actively seeks and shares knowledge with others, effectively communicating and presenting information in a clear and organized manner
• Ability to resolve challenges efficiently, working closely with project managers and executive management when needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure that your ideas, strategies, and successes resonate within the team and with clients
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
