Staff Engineer, Identity Access Management

Summary

The job is for a Staff Engineer in Fullscript's Identity Access Management Engineering team. The role involves leading projects, crafting roadmaps, auditing IAM systems, hands-on engineering, and working with other teams to solve problems related to the sign-up & login page and OAuth flow.

Requirements

• Care about helping your team grow and encouraging an environment of high psychological safety
• Passion for IAM and Security — Keep tabs on evolving threats, technologies, and solutions
• Knowledge of directory services (e.g. Active Directory, LDAP), Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Experience working on high-scale web applications
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack. Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo, are preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead projects simultaneously
• Craft the roadmap
• Audit and ensure the health of the domain
• Hands-on engineering of IAM solutions
• Work with other technical leads and engineers on the product and security team to solve problems related to the sign-up & login page and OAuth flow
