Staff Frontend Engineer

You will lead the translation of natural language processing and machine learning technology into user-friendly experiences, significantly impacting our tooling, coding standards, and codebase. Collaborate with design and product teams to create functional and engaging product experiences, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Innovate new front-end architectures and technologies, drive process improvements, and create prototypes. Work closely with backend engineers on API design. Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Frontend Software Development
• Expertise in Typescript, React, Redux, and HTML and CSS
• Experience building and maintaining frontend component libraries
• Experience working with design systems
• Experience with the development and long-term maintenance of SaaS products
• Proficiency writing unit and integration tests
• Experience leading commercial software technical projects end-to-end in an agile environment on any major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
• 8+ years of shipping production grade software

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI, ML or agentic systems
• Back-end development experience with Python
• Experience with CI/CD
• Proficiency with AI-enhanced editors (Cursor, Windsurf)
